Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon receipt of your order.

Delivery Policy

Most orders received before 1:00pm MST can be delivered the same day. Most orders received after 1:00pm MST will be delivered the next business day or requested date of delivery. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or most major holidays.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Please see our Delivery Info page for complete details.

Guarantee/Returns

We want you and your recipient to be happy with your purchase. Floral arrangements on average remain attractive for 5 to 7 days depending on the type of flowers used. Therefore, we have an unconditional 48-hour guarantee. Let us know within 48 hours if there is some issue or problem with your flowers, and we will replace them or issue a refund. Beyond 48 hours, depending on the situation, we will work together to determine a resolution. All replacements or refunds require return of the original item.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or plant is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention are given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Flowers

Flowers are a function of nature. Sometimes, specific flowers and specific colors just aren’t available on a given day. In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.

For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Plants

For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color.

If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Taxes

Castle Rock Florist shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to addresses within Colorado.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Castle Rock Florist shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Castle Rock Florist shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
